Moreland Auxiliary

Originally formed as a Junior Auxiliary, we took the name "Moreland Auxiliary" in October of 2008. The Moreland Auxiliary's programs, social functions, and fundraisers are planned to appeal to women who are interested in volunteering, creating lasting friendships and are excited about events that benefit Abington Hospital.  We hosted an event - "Ante Up for Abington" to raise funds for nurses' scholarships. 

We also support various Women's Board events including hosting the Candy and Beverage booth at the June Fete Fair.

To accommodate more women, our meetings are held alternately between evening and morning meetings, usually 4-5 per year.  Each meeting begins with social time and is followed by a business meeting and program or special event based on a wide variety of topics of interest to our members.
